These terms govern your use of the ggami.studio website and the apps provided by GGAMI STUDIO (the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these terms. The terms of the platform you downloaded an app from (Apps in Toss, App Store, Google Play) may also apply.

1. The Services

We build and operate mobile apps and games. Some apps include AI features powered by Anthropic's Claude. We may change the Services to improve them.

3. Eligibility and your responsibilities

The Services are intended for users 18 and older. Apps with their own age rating on an app store (such as HTMLens) follow that rating and the app's own terms. Do not use the Services to break the law, infringe others' rights, or abuse the Services. Do not enter other people's personal information without permission.

4. Intellectual property

Rights in the Services' design, software, and trademarks belong to GGAMI STUDIO or their rightful owners.

5. Limitation of liability

The Services are provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from your use of the Services or reliance on AI-generated content, except for damages caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

6. Changes

We will post any changes on this page with a new effective date.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

이 약관은 까미스튜디오(GGAMI STUDIO, 이하 “스튜디오”)가 제공하는 ggami.studio 웹사이트와 앱(이하 “서비스”)의 이용 조건을 정합니다. 서비스를 이용하면 이 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다. 앱을 내려받은 플랫폼(앱인토스, App Store, Google Play)의 약관도 함께 적용될 수 있습니다.

1. 서비스

스튜디오는 모바일 앱과 게임을 개발·운영하며, 일부 앱은 Anthropic의 Claude를 이용한 AI 기능을 제공합니다. 서비스의 내용은 개선을 위해 변경될 수 있습니다.

2. AI 생성 콘텐츠 안내

  • 서비스의 일부 내용은 AI가 자동으로 생성하며, 부정확하거나 불완전할 수 있습니다.
  • 사주 풀이는 재미와 오락을 위한 콘텐츠이며, 중요한 결정의 근거로 삼아서는 안 됩니다.
  • 육아 어시스턴트는 일반적인 정보를 제공할 뿐 의료적 진단·치료·조언이 아닙니다. 아이의 건강이 걱정되면 의사 등 전문가와 상담하시고, 응급 상황에서는 즉시 119에 연락하세요.
  • 모의 면접 피드백은 연습을 돕기 위한 참고 자료이며, 실제 채용 결과를 보장하지 않습니다.

3. 이용 자격과 이용자의 의무

서비스는 만 18세 이상 이용자를 대상으로 합니다. 다만 앱 마켓에서 별도의 연령 등급이 정해진 앱(예: HTMLens)은 해당 등급과 그 앱의 약관을 따릅니다. 이용자는 법령을 위반하거나, 타인의 권리를 침해하거나, 서비스를 부정한 방법으로 이용해서는 안 됩니다. 타인의 개인정보를 무단으로 입력하지 마세요.

4. 지식재산권

서비스와 관련된 디자인, 소프트웨어, 상표 등에 대한 권리는 스튜디오 또는 정당한 권리자에게 있습니다.

5. 책임의 제한

서비스는 “있는 그대로” 제공됩니다. 스튜디오는 관련 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 서비스 이용 또는 AI 생성 콘텐츠에 의존하여 발생한 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다. 다만 스튜디오의 고의 또는 중대한 과실로 인한 손해는 예외로 합니다.

6. 약관의 변경

약관이 바뀌면 이 페이지에 시행일과 함께 공지합니다.

7. 준거법

이 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따릅니다.
